Can you deliver prescriptions to Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales?
At this time, we are only able to deliver to addresses within England.
Can I choose an alternative address to my home address for my delivery?
We can deliver your medication to any address of your choice. It can be left in a safe place, with a neighbour or delivered to work. Let us know when you place your order if you want it delivered somewhere other than home.
Can you deliver my medication if I have the physical green paper prescriptions?
Yes, however you will need to send us the original copy of your prescription first via post. Please be aware this could add an extra day or two to the turnaround time of your delivery.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Often, prescription deliveries are small enough to fit through your letterbox. If your medication can’t fit through the letterbox and you are not home, or your medication delivery includes controlled substances and therefore requires a signature, Royal Mail will leave a card for you to arrange collection or re-delivery. My medication needs to be chilled. Can you still provide delivery?
Yes. Fridge items are delivered in wool temperature-controlled packaging, which is able to maintain a temperature between 2 – 8 degrees.
Can you deliver controlled drugs?
Yes, we can. Controlled drugs will be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked Signature, as safety is our highest concern
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Our deliveries do not require a signature as all medicine is delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48® which provides end to end tracking. The only exception to this will be if you have controlled drugs.
Will my delivery cost me?
No, your delivery is completely free. We are a regulated UK online pharmacy, meaning we are contractual obliged to deliver your medication free of charge, anywhere in the UK. This means, you, your GP and the NHS are charged no extra, as we cover all the costs.
How will my medication be delivered?
Your medication will be delivered via Royal Mail, to any address in the UK. Deliveries will be in discreet packaging, sealed and tamperproof to preserve your confidence and safety.
How fast will my delivery arrive?
Medication deliveries are posted to you within one to two working days of receiving your prescriptions from the GP.
