Do I need to tell my GP if I sign up to Medicine Drop?

Medicine Drop is a UK-based pharmacy, so your GP will be able to see you are assigned to us through the NHS system. Even though your GP will know you want us to deliver your prescriptions, feel free to let them know for your own peace of mind.

What do I do if I need my prescription urgently?

If you have an acute prescription (e.g for antibiotics) which cannot wait 1-2 days for delivery, please contact our pharmacy team. We can arrange for your prescription’s unique barcode to be emailed/texted to you so you can get your prescription from a local pharmacy.

What shall I do if I am running low on medication?

Typically, once you have placed an order for your medications, your GP has to approve the order, which can take 1-3 working days.
