How do I use the tracking system?

When you place a medication order through Medicine Drop, you will be given a unique reference number. This number can be used to track the progress of it in the system. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from Royal Mail to track your physical delivery after it has left our pharmacy.

No. All our prescription deliveries are free! There are no extra costs to you, your GP or the NHS for using our service. We operate in the same manner as your local pharmacy and cover the cost ourselves for delivering your prescriptions. If you normally pay for your prescriptions, we will notify you of the standard NHS charge before your orders are dispatched. We will ask you if you are entitled to any NHS exemptions or have a prescription pre-payment certificate.

Your medication will be delivered via Royal Mail, to any address in the UK. Deliveries will be in discreet packaging, sealed and tamperproof to preserve your confidence and safety.
