What shall I do if I am running low on medication?

Typically, once you have placed an order for your medications, your GP has to approve the order, which can take 1-3 working days. Once confirmation is received by our UK pharmacy, we will aim to assemble and send your medication out within 1-2 working days. If you need your medication before this, we can email or text you a unique barcode, this can be used in any local pharmacy to have your prescription dispensed by them instead.

We will always remind you when your repeat medications may be running low, and we can also order them on your behalf. Patients running low on repeat medications is why our founders started Medicine Drop, to make it a problem of the past.
