Our pharmacists

Our pharmacists are all fully qualified, registered with the GPhC, and have years of combined experience in online and community pharmacies. They are responsible for the daily operation of our pharmacy, as well as dispensing over-the-counter medications and prescriptions.


Some of our pharmacists are even qualified to prescribe medications, using their unrivalled medical knowledge to provide a wider range of treatment options for our patients.

Who regulates us?

Online pharmacies are governed by a range of industry bodies and held to the same high standards as your local high-street chemist. 

Who can we provide treatment to?

We can provide over-the-counter medications to patients aged 16 and over, and our clinic can prescribe medications to adults aged 18 and over. When you want to obtain either an over-the-counter or prescription medication, you’ll enter into a short online consultation with our healthcare team, usually one of our pharmacists or prescribers.

You’ll need to answer some quick questions which will help our professionals get a better idea about the state of your health and any conditions you may be suffering from. This process is completely private and confidential, just as it would be when you consult with your local pharmacist or GP, and your answers are only used so our team can help you make the best possible healthcare choices.

Due to the nature of our online business, we are unfortunately unable to provide assistance to patients who are in need of immediate medical care. In these scenarios, we advise you to contact your local healthcare services, such as your local walk-in centre or A&E department.

Your health comes first, and our team will never provide any medications that they don’t believe are the right for you. They can also suggest a range of treatment options that may be more effective at treating your condition. 

In order to get this right, our team may sometimes ask you to provide some extra information, such as a valid form of identification, before they finalise your order. Naturally, this extra information will be treated with the same care and confidentiality as the rest of your online consultation.

If our team think you would benefit from in-person or urgent care, we will let you know what you should do next based on the information you have given us. Sometimes, you just need a face-to-face consultation with a medical professional, and our team is more than happy to advise that you use your local services if you need to.
