Pharmacy / Care Homes / Racking System Plastic Dividers
£0.95
Select the appropriate colour-coded divider based on the medication timing:
Pink for breakfast medications.
Yellow for lunch medications.
Orange for teatime medications.
Blue for bedtime medications.
White for general use or other categorisations.
Insert the dividers into the care home racking system to create separate sections for each medication timing. Organise medications behind the corresponding divider to ensure they are administered at the correct times.
Ensure dividers are securely placed within the racking system to prevent them from dislodging. Regularly review medication organisation to adapt to any changes in residents’ medication schedules. Clean dividers as per the care home’s hygiene protocols to maintain a sanitary environment.
For guidance on implementing this system in your care setting, please consult healthcare management or visit https://www.nhs.uk for resources on medication management in care homes.
