Can Bonjela be used alongside braces or dental appliances? Yes, Bonjela is commonly used to relieve soreness from braces or dentures. Just make sure not to apply the gel directly onto dentures, wait at least 30 minutes before reinserting them. How soon can I eat or drink after applying Bonjela? For best results, avoid eating or drinking for at least 15–30 minutes after application. This gives the gel time to absorb and start working effectively. Always read the leaflet before use.
