Nicorette Gum isn’t like regular chewing gum. Start by chewing slowly until the taste becomes strong or tingling. Rest it between your gum and cheek. Repeat the chew-rest-chew cycle for up to 30 minutes.

Use 1 piece when cravings hit, up to a maximum of 15 pieces per day.

Only chew one piece at a time.

Speak to your GP or pharmacist before using if you:

Some medications may interact with nicotine therapy (e.g., theophylline, clozapine, ropinirole).
